- How Make To Simple Kheera And Kakri Raita Recipe
Ingredients
- Yogurt : 3 cup
- Red onion finely chopped : 1/4 cup
- Tomato finely chopped : 1/2 cup
- Cucumber{kheera or kakri} finely chopped : 2 cup
- Green chills finely chopped : 2 tsp
- Salt : As needed
- Roast cumin seeds : 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli for garnish : 1/4 tsp
- Coriander coarsely ground for garnish : 1/4 cup
Method
- First of all take 3 cup yogurt, 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped, 1/2 cup tomato finely chopped, 2 cup cucumber finely chopped, 2 tsp green chilli finely chopped, and as needed salt in a bowl. and them properly mix.
- And add coarsely ground 1/2 cumin seeds for the delicious. and well till the salt dissolves.
- Then after add 1/4 tsp red chilli and coarsely ground of coriander for garnish to the raita.
- This is ready. you serve and enjoy.
