Ingredients for vanilla ice-cream

Milk                            :           2 cup
Milk powder               :           1 cup
Fresh cream                :           1/2 cup
Sugar powder             :           1/3 cup
Vanilla essence           :           1tsp

 

Method

• first of all take 2 cup milk, 1 cup milk powder, 1/2 cup fresh cream, 1/3 cup sugar powder and 1teaspoon vanilla essence in a bowl. and combine all the ingredients together and whisk well till the sugar dissolves.

• Transfer in a big bowl and freeze till it is semi-set.

• Then after churn them in the mixer till all the ice crystals break down and transfer in to a big bowl and freeze till it is firm.
