Veg Masala and Paneer Momos Recipe

 How Do i make Tasty and Spicy Vez Momos ?

Momos is the favorites food for new generation . it is fact that  it is a healthy food. now i am trying to explain the complete recipe  of vez momos. Here are some simple steps  that will need to take..The steps are...

Ingredients
All purpose flour {maida}    :       3/4 cup
water                                   :       as needed
salt                                       :       3/4 tsp
oil                                         :       2 tsp

For stuffing
small chopped kohlrabi            :  1    cup
small chopped carrot                :  1/4 cup
small chopped cheese {paneer}:  2 cup
samll chopped garlic                  :  1 tbisp
spring onion                              : 4 or 5 springs
pepper{ black}                         : 1/2tsp
soya sauce                                 :1 tsp
salt                                            :1/2tsp
oil                                              : 1 tblsp
Method
1. Mix flour salt and oil in a bowl and add water to make a smooth pliable dough.just like poori atta
keep aside covered.
2. Heat a pan with oil, Then add garlic and small chopped white part of the spring onion, give a stir in high flam,  and then add the chopped cheese {paneer}. chopped veggies and fry in high flam for two minutes
 3. Then after add salt, black pepper, soya sauce and mix it well. and lastly and finaly chopped green part of the spring onion and mix for a minute in medium flame. switch off and keep aside.
4.Now it time to  rolled the dough into a big disc and used a big lid to cut into smaller discs. then after again roll to make it more thin. keep some stuffing we prepared in the middle.
5. fold it to make momos shapes.see below  images
6. steam it in a steamer and placed properly for 5 or 7 minutes.


Now the next step is How to make sauces for momos??
Ingredients for sauces
Chopped tomatos                             :     2 cup
Red chili wholegrain                        :      5/6
Cumin{jeera}                                    :      1/2 spoon
fenugreek seed{methi dana}             :      1/2 smll spoon
Turmeric                                            :       2 pinch
Asafoetita{hing}                                :       1-2 pinch
Salt                                                     :      as needed
Oil                                                      :      1 table spoon  

1.First of all  take oil in a pot and heat the oil for a while so that Asafoetita,Cumin{jeera} and fenugreek seed. give a stir in high flame.
2.add turmeric, the chopped tomato and red chili wholegrain and concoct in medium flame for three or 4 minutes.
3. wait for a while to getting cool the stuff and then after pour it into the mixture jar. and mix it properly.
4- Now your momos sauces is ready to serve with momos..Enjoy
