Making Simple Dhokla At Your Home

Hi friends today we are sharing a recipe how to make simple dhokla at your home. this is very simple and easy. this recipe will be made within 15 to 20 minutes. dhokla is popular in north  India. you can make it  with some steps as i ll explain you with some image of dhokla.. you can use dhokla baking powder instead of  your home made dhokla powder because ready made dhokla baking powder have all stuff for tasty dhokla .. you can purchase dhokla baking powder from market , it is easily  available in market with affordable prise around 30 Rs only.

Ingredients

Dhokla baking powder                        :                1 cup
Little water                                          :                as needed
Oil                                                       :                1/2 tsp
Sugar                                                   :                2  spoon
Lemon                                                 :                1
Mustard Seeds                                     :                1/2 tsp

Method

First of all take 1 cup dhokla baking powder in a bowl. and add little water and mix well it properly and make it thick paste. To remember don't use over water. you can add into only little water like getting thick paste. you can see in this image.




Together take 3 cup water in a pot and heat it on gas. take a mini bowl and keep into water in a pot. you can see here this image.





And dhokla paste's blow of cover. and keep it into pot up on mini bowl. then cover pot to lid. cook to steam it till 5 to 7 minutes.







After 5 to 7 minutes , remove the lid and proof it using knife. if the knife comes out clean and does not have any batter sticking, then its done. cover back and let it remain on flam for 1 min and switch off the gas and allow it for 5 minutes.




After done, remove to the mini bowl, keep it in a plate. then cut them,  after slightly cooling them into square.



Now take 1/2 spoon oil in a medium pot. and heat oil to high flame. and add 1/2 tea spoon Mustard Seeds. after one minute add 1/2 mini cup water, 2 spoon sugar and lemon juice. cook it till 5 minutes. then after this water put on dhokla cuts. you can see in this image.


This is done. you can serve it of any chutney like green chutney or red chutney etc. dear friends Today Enjoy the dhokla. thanks

How To Make Gobhi Ke Pakode {Cauliflower}

Hello friends today we are sharing a recipe how to make gobhi ke pakode. you can serve it at breakfast. or you can serve it for guest. this is very easy recipe. this recipe is popular in all over India.  
Ingredients

  • Cauliflower florets{gobhi} finely chopped               :                2  cups
  • Gram flour {besan}                                                   :                2  cups
  • Red chili                                                                    :                1  tsp
  • Baking soda                                                               :                1/4 tsp
  • Green chillies                                                            :                 2 to 5
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves                              :                 1/2 cup 
  • Salt                                                                            :                 as needed
  • Water                                                                         :                 as needed
  • Oil                                                                             :                 for deep fry  

Method

  • Take 2 cups finely chopped gobhi in a bowl and add into 2 cups gram flour, 1 tsp red chili, 1/4 tsp baking soda, finely chopped green chillies and 1/2 cup finely chopped coriander leaves. then after mash it properly with little water so that it getting thick.
  • And heat oil for deep fry in a pot. drop each florets with besan paste into heat oil. fry until golden brown. remove from the oil.
  • Now this is ready gobhi or Cauliflower ke pakode. you serve hot it with any chutney or sauce.

How To Make Tomato Chutney

Hello friends today we are sharing a recipe of tomato chutney.  this recipe is very easy. tomato chutney is popular in all over India. you can serve it like in lunch and dinner, sandwich, prata, tikkas, pakode and burger etc.

Ingredients

Tomato                              :       2 cup
Green chillies                   :       2
Salt                                   :       to taste
Water                               :       as needed

Method

  • First of all combine all the ingredients in a bowl. and transfer into blender. then after grind to a smooth paste in a blender using very little water.
  •  Then after transfer in a blow to blender. now this is ready serve it with warm pakode or etc.

How To Make Dahi Vada

Hello friends today we are sharing recipe of dahi vada. this recipe is very simple. you can make it at home. dahi vada recipe is cool. dahi vada is very tasty dish. this dish is popular in the north and west of the India.you can add into khajur ki chutney for more tasty.

Ingredients

  • One cup moong dal
  • Red chillies as needed
  • One pinch of baking sado
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Water for smooth of vadas
  • Yogurt for serving
  • Kala nakam
  • Cumin seeds powder
  • Black paper

Method
  • First of all soak the one cup moong ki dal in water for two or three hours. then after wash it to plain water and drain of the moong ki dal.
  • Grind to a smooth paste in blender of moong ki dal.
  • And add red chillies, salt and one pinch baking soda. mash it properly.till the batter is light and fluffy. this paste is ready for vadas.
  • On high heat of oil in a medium pot. deep fry in hot oil of vadas. reduces heat to low and fry until vadas are golder brown.
  • Deep fried vadas soak in water for one hour. before serving drain of the water and squeeze vadas.
  • Vadas are ready for serve. 
  • Take two cup yogurt in a bowl. add into kala namak for taste, a pinch black paper and a pinch cumin seeds powder.
  • You can add into khajur imli ki chutney for taste.

How To Make Mint Leaves {Pudina} chutney

Hello friends today we are sharing chutney of pudina. you can serve pudina chutney at sandwich, prata, lunch and dinner etc. punida chutney is very simple recipe. you can make it at home. punida chutney is very testy and cool. serve it along side indian appetizers like tikkas and burger or use it to prepare your favorite roadside snacks 

Ingredients 

Mint leaves {pudina} chopped          :       1      cup
Coriander chopped                             :       1/2   cup
Tomato  chopped                                :       2      cup   
Kachi ambi chopped                          :       1/2    cup
Green chillies                                    :        2 or 3
Kala namak and salt                          :        to taste                                  
Water                                                 :        as needed

Method

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl then after pour it into the mixer and grind to a smooth paste in a blender using very little water.
  • Now this is ready you serve.
