- Cauliflower florets{gobhi} finely chopped : 2 cups
- Gram flour {besan} : 2 cups
- Red chili : 1 tsp
- Baking soda : 1/4 tsp
- Green chillies : 2 to 5
- Finely chopped coriander leaves : 1/2 cup
- Salt : as needed
- Water : as needed
- Oil : for deep fry
Method
- Take 2 cups finely chopped gobhi in a bowl and add into 2 cups gram flour, 1 tsp red chili, 1/4 tsp baking soda, finely chopped green chillies and 1/2 cup finely chopped coriander leaves. then after mash it properly with little water so that it getting thick.
- And heat oil for deep fry in a pot. drop each florets with besan paste into heat oil. fry until golden brown. remove from the oil.
- Now this is ready gobhi or Cauliflower ke pakode. you serve hot it with any chutney or sauce.
